Course Terms and Conditions

Images and/or audio/video recordings of OSI courses may include a participant’s image, name, voice, and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in OSI courses, you grant OSI permission to use your photograph, image, likeness, voice, and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial purposes, without compensation or credit, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

OSI reserves the right to refuse registration or entrance to anyone, and the right to remove anyone from an OSI course for any reason (with a full refund of his/her registration fee). By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions. OSI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
