Contract-based Graphic Designer (Remote)

Objective Standard Institute (OSI) is seeking a part-time, contract-based Graphic Designer to create solutions that are visually compelling and true to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Design and Media Specialist, and other team members to create visually appealing graphics that effectively convey OSI’s message and align with our brand identity.
  • Optimize designs for various media, including social media posts, emails, websites, digital ads, videos, event collateral, and print.
  • Stay current with the latest graphic design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strive to innovate and improve, and choose to be a “younger son.”
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, using regularly refined checklists to maximize effectiveness and minimize errors.
  • Employ a systematic design process that balances efficiency with quality, ensuring that products are both impactful and delivered in a timely manner.

Skills and technology needs:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Capability in creating print, digital, and motion graphics with a minimalist design aesthetic.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting distinctive branding assets (logos, icons, etc).
  • Ability to design work that aligns with OSI’s brand identity across all platforms.

Compensation: Pay is flexible and can be structured on a per-project or hourly basis.
