Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time marketing specialist to join our life-loving team. If you are a self-starter and a team player who aims constantly to improve, this position may be for you.

  • Proficient with Internet marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, ClickFunnels, Zapier, and ActiveCampaign

The marketing specialist will:

  • Work closely with OSI’s marketing team to develop and implement OSI’s marketing strategy 
  • Help write persuasive marketing copy for emails, newsletters, social media posts, ads, and landing pages
  • Use various marketing tools to deliver OSI’s messages and capture and sort data
  • Measure and track the effectiveness of OSI’s marketing efforts
  • Continually research OSI’s target audience
  • Have a blast advancing rational philosophy with our life-loving team and rapidly growing company.

Compensation will depend on experience and abilities. Rapid advancement is encouraged and expected.

Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a full-time executive assistant to work directly with Sarah Biddle (President) and Craig Biddle (Director of Education). If you are a clear communicator, manage time well, and love getting things done, this position may be for you.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Utterly reliable
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets
  • Proficient with (or willing to learn) QuickBooks.

The executive assistant will:

  • Work closely with Sarah and Craig on various executive-level projects
  • Manage and reply to emails
  • Write letters, make phone calls, manage calendars
  • Work with the OSI team more broadly
  • Have a blast helping to grow and constantly improve an organization dedicated to teaching people about philosophy for freedom and flourishing.

Compensation will begin in the $40,000 to $50,000 range, depending on experience and abilities.
