Dealing with Others’ Irrationality

Unfortunately, life sometimes requires dealing with irrational people. But you do not have to let them—and the irrationality of our culture—occupy your thoughts, affecting your ability to pursue your values and flourish. I have made a list of a few practices that have helped me deal with irrational people and reduce how much their irrationality affects my ability to enjoy my life.
