Arriving at TOS-Con from the Denver Airport

by | Jun 17, 2022

I’m looking forward to seeing you at TOS-Con 2022 in just a few short days! To assist in getting from the airport to the Westin Westminster (10600 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, Colorado 80020), where the conference is taking place, we have outlined a few transport options:

  • By car: Lyft is currently showing a price of $28-$32 for the journey from Denver Airport to the Westin Westminster ($50-$55 for an XL or Lux). If you are traveling alone, you can use the TOS-Con Facebook group to find someone else arriving around the same time as you to share the Lyft with. The journey by car from the airport to the Westin takes 35-45 minutes, depending on traffic levels.
  • Public transit option 1 (recommended): take RTD Train A from the airport to Denver Union Station, then change onto RTD bus FF1 to Boulder (which goes from the north side of Union Station, directly adjacent to the A Train platforms) and get off at US 36 & Church Ranch Station. From there it is a few minutes’ walk along Promenade Drive to the Westin. Both the A train and the FF1 bus are frequent services with departures every 15 minutes or less during the day. The complete journey takes around one hour, depending on the connection time at Union.
  • Public transit option 2: take RTD bus AB1 from Denver Airport toward Boulder and get off at US 36 & Flatiron Station; from there, you can take bus FF1 toward Denver and ride it the short distance down to US 36 & Church Ranch. Bus AB1 only runs once an hour during the day.

We recommend you do not take the B Train to Westminster RTA station. This is a considerable distance away from the Westin and there is no direct bus link from Westminster station to the Westin.

A RTD regional day pass costs $10.50 and allows unlimited use of RTD buses and trains across the Denver region, including to and from the airport. A $5.25 3-hour pass is also available, but does not include travel to and from the airport. Tickets are on sale at rail stations and onboard buses, or via the RTD Mobile Tickets App.

Please send us an email or reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter if you have any questions. I hope you’re as excited as I am for the most life-enhancing conference of the year!
